This accommodation is in the heart of the town and therefore offers an unbeatable location for easy access to shops and restaurants. Guests can also appreciate the tranquility of the place with lush gardens, otters, a river view and the sweet sound of birds. the authentic façade of the guest house dates back to the 1930s and the rooms have tall ceilings and quality linens which provide a comfortable stay. Visitors can have a delicious breakfast on the terrace whilst enjoying the view beyond of the garden and the river.
Some guests who prefer modern facilities may not find this accommodation suitable for them.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience. The beautifully restored house and well-appointed family room made for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location in the center of town allowed us to easily explore the CBD and dine at nearby restaurants. The manicured gardens were a lovely sight, offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide selection of delicious goodies including the interesting and tasty ostrich egg omelette.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Crisp mountain views exceeded my expectations. The staff was cordial and accommodating. Key location with great access to nearby restaurants. The pool was cleaned daily, and terrace served as the perfect hideaway. The breakfast was delicious, with the freshest homemade bread and fruit.
While the garden is beautiful, it didn't seem as well-tended as the photos suggest. Unfortunately, the river access was blocked off during my stay, so I wasn't able to enjoy the reported birdwatching.

The breakfast had fresh fruit and homemade bread, and the gardens were beautiful to look at during the meal. the owner was really friendly and helpful with providing advice about the area. the location was good as there were restaurants and attractions within walking distance, but it was still peaceful at night.
The bed was a little small and uncomfortable for someone who likes to spread out. the hot water ran out quickly, which made showering in the morning difficult.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great, from the beautiful gardens and pool area to the cozy outdoor nook. The location was convenient with excellent places to eat nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. The homemade bread and scrambled ostrich egg were delightful.
Not one thing.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in the heart of a picturesque town. This hotel is a hidden gem, nestled in beautiful gardens and situated on a lovely river. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the well-maintained property to the spacious common areas. The wooden furniture in the rooms adds a touch of character, and the large comfortable double bed provided a restful night's sleep. I especially enjoyed the breathtaking views of Oudtshoorn from my room. The homemade bread served at breakfast was an absolute treat, warm and freshly baked, making for a delightful start to the day.
All was perfect during my stay.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in the center of Oudtshoorn and was pleasantly surprised by the 1900s interior design, which had excellent attention to detail. The property itself may not look much from the outside, but stepping inside reveals a hidden beauty. The terrace, garden, and pond left me astonished, and I wish I had planned more days just to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. The staff, particularly Cynthia, made us feel more than welcome, adding a personal touch to our stay. The rooms were well-equipped with wooden furniture and a very large comfortable double bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The added bonus of a kitchen in the room allowed for convenience and flexibility during our stay. The breakfast, complete with warm freshly baked bread, was a highlight of each morning, overlooking the lovely river.
No improvements needed.
